Are there any 'sneakers' that are resoleable? The Clinch Mast come to mind, maybe, but they're really narrow and above what I'd like to spend. Does anything similar exist? The only other similar ones I have seen were the Brother Bridge Henry model, all leather.

You'd be surprised, i used to have a penchant for 70's era Nike runners which became increasingly difficult to source from the early 90's so folks used to buy 70's era running spikes... Waffles, Omega Flame's ect which were cheap and more often than not hardly worn, then you could have the sole unit replaced with a new foam mid and the rubber sole from a newer shoe or better still the og sole from a battered vintage pair.
This was long before the never ending repro-ing of the late 90's (onwards) from a time when if you saw a pair of fat swoosh Waffles it meant actual vintage.
I'll endorse anything for cash

I know that some Walsh trainers can be resoled, as can many with a vibram sole

If the sole is integrated into the upper by design I’d have thought it would be very difficult if not nigh on impossible. The other issue is cost - cheaper trainers/sneakers might not be worth doing. There must be some sort of tip point where the design/construction is viable to include replacing sole units
I don't swim. I can swim. I just don't have much cause to do so in the normal run of things.

I'm definitely more of a boots guy, but I do have a few pairs of white sneakers (mostly high tops.)

My favorite pair is my MiJ PF Flyers. I got these a couple years ago and they were already fairly heavily used, but they still have plenty of life in them.

They have the most cushioning of all my sneakers and I love the green trim/accents.

Just picked these up very cheaply. Listed as Czech army gym plimsolls. Virtually identical to Novesta but at army surplus prices.
