   i worked with my parents at that time, they are 85 now, they were selectioning the old workwear deadstock in france going in big warehouse, swap meets etc, we have great connections, after a few minutes working in these warehouse you end up black of dust inside your noise too. tough jobs, we imported some very rare garments deadstock in pure hemp or pure linen, it was costing us a lot, small containers, groupage customs etc, we should ahve sell these for much more, i regret.there it was like one day lee norwood asked me  to bring him back some old linen, i sold 10000 deadtsock peices on ebay, so i was in europe during a  buying trip and bring back like 20 kilogs of deadstcok 1900 linen or hemp sheets for lee norwood, but when i arrived  in SF airport a chinese customs guys asked lot of questions about what i was doing for what this was etc, ( its the us loyalty where yourself are doing the ebst efforst to please people there and when funcionaire tried to screw you the ebst they can in exchange, the us loyalty) the alienation you going through immigrating to the us with papers, and visa extended at the pentagon, even Georges bush got some of my linens from Donald an attorney in Mariland, we were good to bring the best but then they treat you like nothing after that. its how it is, i wont come back, i wont do all these efforts and yes it was very rich for the us geting this stuff from people who knows in france, who have always been in the vintage.
then you look at the people who immigrated in the us while the us needed people your parents, got it so easily compare to us,
anyway, you will think i shoudl not talk this way many will use it again agaisnt me, right? but i do not care at all.
jeans and artisana etc its a bit done today, many denimstudio have no knowledge and lot of ego, not even one i saw that i find good. and in the us many arrivists, you guys will need to do a lot now to compete with japan. 
when i was robbed by a former ranger, he laughed at me all the time, saying i was doing in rags, but man the articles we were improted he had no idea, and how good it was for ralph lauren stylists, it was paying for their trip to the rosebowl each time. 
i invested like 500k,never done bankrupcy etc,,.when i looked back like Xavier robert, he was screwing his credits cards and was telling me, when you will succeed here you will do like i do. he was right i should have done the same.
