	Not sure, ask Tilmann, he's ordered direct from Taobao before and might be able to shed some light on the subject, i assume you would have to sign up to the TMALL site and see which sellers ship international, bit like ebay, if not you'll have to use a proxy. Just watch the prices/conversion because it will be Chinese Yuan.

	For Taobao I used a proxy back then. I think nowadays you can order directly. But those sites looks kinda fishy. Could be fakes? I dunno

	Multiple sizes/colours and yes i would agree but those single pairs of purp/red are defo legit, at least the photo's are, and they're not exactly trying to lure you in with cheap prices. Half the folks posting on hype forums for the last few years (same goes with the darker recesses of sufu) are the Chinese nouveau hip/rich and the re-sellers will be using places like TMALL for domestic sales, just as we do with fleabay.
