My current top 3 (of 5-pocket Levi’s repro jeans I’ve given considerable wear to) is:

1) Full Count 0105SFS: (technically a 30s model with no crotch rivet) but I removed the cinch, so more of a 50s model. Pros are the beautiful denim and the loose, slightly tapered cut. Cons are the wide-set back pockets and the weak cotton stitching.
2) Studio D’artisan SD-101: not sure if these are considered a 40s or 50s cut. Pros are the fantastic, bullet-proof denim and general construction and flattering cut. No cons at all (although these can be unforgiving if you put on a few pounds at Christmas due to lack of s-t-r-e-t-c-h-a-b-i-l-i-t-y) and I’d prefer to see a slight taper.
3) Warehouse Warren DD-108: I believe these are a 40s cut. Pros are the famous crinkly denim (oxidised in this case) and a very versatile cut that will suit many people. Similar to the SDAs above, no real cons but I’d like to see a slight taper.

It was f***ing disgusting!

I would increase the alcohol to max levels (often 16% and above) at the expense of any kind of quality.

Why not just drink your own homebrew?

The 14yr old me was partial (well i say partial) to Thunderbird, i prefered the blue label to the red for some reason..

I would often hang outside the 'beer off' waiting for a friendly looking passer by to buy some on my behalf, oddly most folks were more than happy to oblige.

I raised the dosh by having a sideline making homebrew barley wine in my bedroom Rotokeg which i sold to school friends, i would fill them up a 2ltr plastic bottle for £2... it was either that or we sniffed Posca markers LOL

You guys got that swill in the UK?

The last time I puked from drinking, I polished off the better portion of a bottle of Mad Dog at the end of a night of drinking. Things were put into motion that could not be undone.

Fittingly, there's an entire site dedicated to bum wines:

Iron Bru is an acceptable alternative to Tizer, it was hillarious when Scottish folk were stocking up before Barr's reduced the sugar content LOL

Sasaparilla reminds me of that mouthwash which you spit into the dish at the dentist Dead

We didn't really get Panda Pops up north, we had Trendy Pops, Space Special was always a favourite it was a toxic green colour and apparently mixed fruit flavour..

They should have brought back Quatro during the last 80's resurgence.
