How often do you see "my fault" written as a standalone sentence? Are you on a mission to catch me out? I think it's a shitty phrase and you're constantly pulling me up on it? Can you explain why?

I think all he's saying is there is a difference between what Mr randal is saying, and the phrase "my bad". It's ok to hate "my bad" because it's a shit phrase, but it's not in the same vein as misusing words to over emphasize importance. Which I think was more towards the point Mr randal was making. 

To the louie ck video I posted. Chicken wings should never be amazing, and you likely aren't friends with any geniuses. 

PS. Side note. Too many people are saying they need to itch something instead of scratch something. Is that just a new york thing? Drives me insane.

My bad. Just trying to help you get on point with what this thread is and isn't about. You seem to be fouling it up (literally).

(for example, notice how you problematized my mention of "my fault" by arguing that it isn't often seen written as a standalone sentence. Note: this is not about written sentences).

Lol... this is already a great thread.  For what it's worth, "my bad" might be annoying (to you), but i'm not sure you can assume that those who say it think it's proper english... I for one speak/type pretty conversationally when it's not for a grade.
