Nice get IH! Those are beautiful. Been admiring the worn examples from the Standard and Strange feed.

How are the fit on those Lofgrens? How does the size fit you and is that your normal size?  And how comfy are they?
Sell me your Mister Freedom stuff. :)

Attack: I got size 10, same as my Lofgren sneakers (and same as John's Combat sample I tried on in Sendai). For reference, I measure 10E Brannock. Although John's footwear is listed as D width, it's really more like E width. The last on these is very forgiving in the toe box. I can freely wiggle and stretch out all my toes thanks to the last's shape. Now I just need to break in the back heel counter/shaft. Sleepy

Thanks Slim! Yeah, likewise Embarrassed And this pair from Speedway; I mean, come on:

Had my Alden Cigar shell indy boots re-welted and re-soled after owning them for about 6 years.
I always was a bit disappointed with the sloppy Alden welt stitching. I am pretty excited to finally get them done by a local bootmaker in London with the skills to hand welt and handle work boots too and not have to send my boots to Japan or the US for this kind of work.

He has a rapid E machine, does custom lasts and bespoke work boots and stocks dr sole etc for resoles.
