I checked out the measurements and there is really not a lot in it. I do prefer the BigBro pockets. I picked up the BigBros but have not hemmed or worn them yet.
I really wish Roy would reissue that Shirt. I sized up on it and it was to big so let it go. Gutted. |

Does the video of Roy's belt loop sewing machine still exist?

Anyone else found that Roy's fly button holes tend to go through quite easily?
My RS04 - which TBH I've worn the hell out of, 2 have split. My KS01 which I've not worn that much at all I've already ha to get the needle and thread onto to them; not taking any chances. |

That's a resolute No from me. Two pairs of Roys going strong - RoyxCone (2011) have two years wear, but the Roy Originals have been going for four years solid! Only a repair to the front pocket edge of the OG's due to wear from phone fondling, but all buttonholes are fine.

Best buttonholes I have (by at least a zillion miles) are my Ande Whalls. I can honestly say I've never seen anything like them before. Truly wondrous.

No, I've been wearing my RS04 almost daily for months now and no problems at all. I bet if you emailed Roy or Self Edge they'd fix 'em for you.

^They certainly would.
I've had no problems with they buttonholes, aside from them being very tight, especially the top one, when new. |

That would mean shipping them back to the States, about £25 one way, and another £25 to get them back. It's my RS04's which show the most damage - 2 gone straight through, they have been worn a lot. It's just disappointing on fairly new jeans to start seeing the problem after only moderate wear. |
