I checked out the measurements and there is really not a lot in it. I do prefer the BigBro pockets. I picked up the BigBros but have not hemmed or worn them yet.

I really wish Roy would reissue that Shirt.

I sized up on it and it was to big so let it go. Gutted.

Does the video of Roy's belt loop sewing machine still exist?

Anyone else found that Roy's fly button holes tend to go through quite easily?

My RS04 - which TBH I've worn the hell out of, 2 have split.

My KS01 which I've not worn that much at all I've already ha to get the needle and thread onto to them; not taking any chances.

That's a resolute No from me.  Two pairs of Roys going strong - RoyxCone (2011) have two years wear, but the Roy Originals have been going for four years solid!  Only a repair to the front pocket edge of the OG's due to wear from phone fondling, but all buttonholes are fine.

Best buttonholes I have (by at least a zillion miles) are my Ande Whalls. I can honestly say I've never seen anything like them before. Truly wondrous.

No, I've been wearing my RS04 almost daily for months now and no problems at all. I bet if you emailed Roy or Self Edge they'd fix 'em for you.

^They certainly would.
I've had no problems with they buttonholes, aside from them being very tight, especially the top one, when new.

That would mean shipping them back to the States, about £25 one way, and another £25 to get them back. It's my RS04's which show the most damage - 2 gone straight through, they have been worn a lot. It's just disappointing on fairly new jeans to start seeing the problem after only moderate wear.
