Hi! this site:

https://www.gearpatrol.com/style/a37928773/vintage-levis/

mentions:

Made in USA: Levi’s closed its final US factory in 2002. Everything’s been made overseas since.

Levi’s stopped making jeans in the US in 2003

First, the website mentions 2002, then 2003.

If Levi's stopped making jeans in 2003/2002 as mentioned there, I would like to know why Levi's made in 2014 have this label:

Are they counterfeit?

The Los Angeles factory (Not owned by Levi)
Made most if not all LVC denim, so they could say

Made in USA

Levi closed it’s last owned and operated factory- I believe
In 2003

Thanks!

And all Levi's (without exception) Made in the USA were made with Cone Denim? That is, did all "Made in USA" Levi's must include this tag?

Or were there some that only had this other tag?:

That was definitely not the case, all denim items were not always made with cone.
If it uses cone Denim- it will usually say it- at least most of the denim made in the teens IIRC
