I work at the tax office in germany. Scary times even for us.
We´re save financially since we´re civil servants but we experience peoples financial ruins first hand.
It´s mind boggling. The whole situation is downplayed by so many countries.
Ones arrogance and ignorance blows up right into ones face.
Atm we try to pass as many requests as possible, so that people and especially small businesses and entrepreneurs dont have to pay taxes atm or get tax returns.
It´ll shatter a lot of lifes.
Germany is quite on the slow side with decisions. I hope it wont be worse with the US.
Given the fact, that the US has factually one of the most expensive health care systems.

Spent the weekend setting my garage to deliver coffee to my neighbors as it's the only way I can make money right now.

Cannon- are you delivering on foot? Hope your neighbors take you up on the prospect.

Foot and bike right now, I'm limiting it to approximately a 10 block radius (basically my neighborhood and the corners of the surrounding ones). I've got it almost done, but had to order some pipe and fittings online since I can't go to Home Depot or wherever so just playing the waiting game now.

My dad is in the logistics industry, said yesterday that the airline industry is expecting a $242 billion hit by the summer. Crazy.

Nonriveted boss’s wife- was a flight attendant for a small airline that just went out of business- tough times for the airlines.

The state and the federal government should be reaching out to all of the painting contractors and wood workers- We always have extra masks for the work we do.
I know I have a dozen or so buried in my storage shed.

I'm just hoping things go back to as normal as they can sometime soon.
I didn't realize how much I took for granted, something as simple as going out to dinner or having a beer with friends.
This will make me appreciate it more at least.
