Kona...

If those Pantalons don't work out for you, let me know!  I've been dying to get a pair.  Size 32 or 34.

Sell me your Mister Freedom stuff. :)

Self Edge  ...  They are in "new york" walking distance from each other. There's also a place in South Street Seaport which name escapes me at the moment, and Brooklyn Denim Co in Williamsburg.

There's also a few brand shops like RRL, Apolis, Barbour, and such. There's also countless Vintage Shops. JohnB might know of a number of more spots than I do.

Hope that helps

Konadog, how is the fit in the waist and crotch on the 674s? How does it feel? On par with other Mister Freedom or slimmer?  I have all but given up on slimmer denim as it's almost always too tight for my elephant thighs or the rise is way too low for my old man pouch. Figure if anyone could do it right for me it might be MF.

Thoughts?

last week i went to the three or four of the best denim shops in NYC looking for something with a generous top block and tapered leg.  tried on so many jeans and nothing really worked - either rise was too low or the thighs were too tight.  then i went to MF on Saturday when I got back home and the 674s fit the bill perfectly.  they are more snug in the top block than the Midnight Riders, Pantalon Ouvrier, or Speedway Piques, but I can definitely breathe and really dig the fit.  i went true to size on them.

Are you planning on getting the length altered or cuffing them over a few times? If so would love updated pics. Thanks for the info man!

Took a heat gun to melt in the otter wax on the Blouson. Happy with the results.

is it as super warm as everyone says it is ?  i was thinking about getting one but was afraid it was going to be too hot for my climate (which is mostly mid 60's to high 80's F usually)

Yep very toasty. Definitely a winter piece. Had temps in low 60s last week and wore it though with just a tee.

kibaboy, I would not get one for your climate, even too hot for low 60s IMO....
