^ ^ Don't think it is; the angle makes it look like the i is sideways.

I found in TKMaxx today some rigid Made & Crafted jeans - they usually have loads of rank washed models, but these aren't, and look pretty fucking good on. I always liked the idea of the arcs being stitched on arse of the trouser inside the pockets, so they gradually start to show with wear - obviously this was pretty pointless with the washed pairs though... fairly lightweight denim too, so should be good for the summer. :)

it was made by a leatherworker near here. It was really cheap as well - 7 quid iirc. Best belt I've ever owned too. :D

Decent enough pick up Killer. They look a good cut.

I went back to TK's and picked up the small 'e' 501 selvedge I'd mentioned a while back. Button code 4420, made in USA, happy enough for 60 squids.

Fun denim though, and pretty comfy. I'll pic' up soon as.

1.

I've taken some pictures of the 501's that I previously mentioned found in TK Maxx.
I haven't seen a pair of regular line small 'e' like these before, perhaps someone else may have.

Please excuse the abundance of pic's.

Classic straight leg.

The patch, tags and codes..

2.

Pockets and arctautes

Bartacked and V stitch

Nice crinkly yoke

Chainstich hem, roping and white selvedge

Yet curiously, yellow line coin pocket

3.

Quite tidy workmanship on interior of fly placket

Tufty rivets

And on to the defining feature, the curious and most un-Levi-like denim

Very nice find, very interesting.  Looks better than most LVC in my opinion.

Is that really a different selvage ID on the pocket, or just that the stitching lands in the middle of the blank selvage?
I make things out of leather.
