Hey Joe, thanks for the confirmation. I dont think anybody here minds you posting pics of old Levis from the internet.
I think it's difficult when your first language isn't English, but want to say that there is alot of information throughout this thread that you may want to read through first, before posting any more random things. Otherwise enjoy what you love, and feel free to carry on posting.
I will say, however, it is helpful to others here that you have a point to make: a question, an observation or otherwise, that hasn't already been covered in the thread already.
I hope you can understand what l am saying, and no bad feelings from me.

Doc.

Hello! A friend recommended your fourm to me to help find some information on a Type 1 I have. I'm hoping aomeone can assist with an age range. Honestly, I've looked at lots of guides and online listings for other type 1s but I'm still confused about the back cinch buckle: when Levi's used the silver buckle, when they used bronze, teeth vs prong, etc. I was also told that the 2 part sleeve indicates this is a newer model, 1946 to 1952. I appreciate the help!

Thanks!
John

Two piece sleeve and the post war buckle, but no number stamping on copper coated button backs: l'm guesstimating this jacket at around late 1946- 1950ish.
But dont quote me on it John
