As I feared these past weeks have been quite eventless. Belgium is in partial lockdown. Teleworking is the norm and that is what i have been mostly doing. Have worn the Leroys around the house a lot. My outdoor activities have been limited to walks and runs in activewear so not much to report. Last week I had to go to Downtown Brussels so managed to take some photos along the way.

The normally busy shopping streets in the City centre were by and large empty. It was a drizzly weekday but still usually before Xmas there are much more people

Shops were allowed to re-open on December 1st but Theatres such as this one stay closed...

Grand Place is usually full of tourists and locals taking pictures

Tintin...

Managed to do some Drifting. Found these Made in Japan Edwin 505's in my size

Jacques Brel - born in Schaerbeek which is one of the 19 Communes (or municipalities) that make Brussels

Lots of Murals in Brussels. This is not one of the better ones but only one that was on my route.

Enjoy your weekend

Day trip to Bruges (or Brugge). Normally overcrowded with tourists but now only some locals and other Belgians wandering around the streets and canals.

Bruges is the most famous of Belgian towns but there are many others that are equally beautiful, like nearby Gent.

Was not wearing Leroys for this trip because they are quite lightweight and it was a chilly day. Instead I wore my Roy R01's that i find to be quite warm and "Wintery" pair of jeans. Maybe it has something to do with the density of the weave?

Fit pic of the Leroy's now. They are pretty much perfect jeans IMO. I can go on as long as you let me but I think my fun is almost over. I bet somebody else wants to have a go.

They measure W 42 cm / 16,5 inches L 76 cm / 30 Inches

I've worn them quite a bit so I will give them a wash. I reckon they might shrink a bit from the waist.

Yes. They've aged really nicely. I can see why you're sad to let them go.
