Does anyone know where or who made the Lee Wool jacket material like in a Storm Rider?

Levis jackets actually had Troy Mills tags sewn into the lining, I don't think the Lee versions ever had the Troy tag, but I'm pretty sure the fabric was still made at Troy.

Troy is still in operation, although it seems very lean, but is still actively producing horse blanket in striped patterns, among many other cloth types that they have the capability to manufacture.

All I could find was some vague allusion to vinyl production.
My coat has nine buttons, but I always fascinate.
