I have the Okagilly in 32, will get the measurement asap.
(One thing I can say for sure though...the rise is ungodly high)

Does anyone know if the "Century Sumi 5P Cisco" sizing is the same as "123s Cisco Monkey model".

I've tried the Sumi Cisco in 32 which fits snug.

I'm after the 123s but after looking at Kakishibu model sizing on Heddel.

It seems the Kakishibu Cisco model is a size smaller than the Sumi Cisco.

I would check Bandana Almanac's blog for more detail.  In short, they are not exactly the same as the Monkey was a very limited initial release of the 123s (slightly more generous in the top block with a higher rise than the regular Cisco).  I also would not rely on sizing between the various century denims as there tends to be some fluctuation between them.  FYI Pancho and Lefty has a size 32 in 123s in regular Cisco in stock at the moment.

Tracking down a pair of the Monkey Cisco could potentially be quite a hunt.  When I bought my pair direct from Bandana he mentioned they were not going to make many pairs before switching over to producing their standard models (I bought less than a week after release).

Thanks Blood for your reply.

I've contact Bandanna but he was a bit vague with his answers.

I did ask him about the diamond weave pattern I occasionally see on faded 123s, as I prefer a plain weave and was told  they were characteristic of the century denim. Ouch

Also I'm getting conflicting info in regards to weather they should be soaked before being worn.

As the pair of 32 Sumi Cisco I tried on fits snug and will stretch to my ideal size.

PS: On SuFu they mention that the TH, Cisco, Stone models are all Sanforized whereas Heddels they are not.

Does anyone have a pair of TH to confirm this as there is more info out there for Cisco than there is for TH.

Also should I be going up 2 sizes (Heddel sizing) for the TH model or go with true waist size? And is the TH are modern straight cut, tapered from the knee?

Sorry for all the questions Confused

and thanks in advance to the folks that reply!

The diamond pattern will show on all century denims.

A soak before wearing is entirely a preference thing and not a necessity.

I'm confident all Century Denims are unsanforized (retailers are typically a better resource than message board posters).

FYI Haven shop in Canada still has some Monkey Cisco.  I did not size up when I purchased mine.

Size charts for each cut can be found on Kapital's site as well.

FWIW I've found the Kapital site to be pretty accurate with measurements.

I've also noticed that century denim is not particularly stretchy...

Dunno about the specific model(s) you're looking at Gumball, but I can you tell that the regular line up Cisco in no.2 denim and TH in no.1 denim are NOT sanforised. They are pre-washed, or one-wash whichever your preferred nomenclature.

I'm talking solely of these two models, having owned both at one point in time.
