I’ve found a redline but I have some doubts about it

Orange bar tack : never had one but ok, apparently it happens
The care label size and position ?
555 stamp

I think it’s legit, some sort of transitional model with that cardboard sort
Of wash tag, I haven’t seen the 555 button back that far back, but that shouldn’t
Matter when it comes to the last of the redline denim used- before they changed
To the non selvedge denim.

I have looked for the Lucky Star factory 16 in Baldwyn. There is a Lucky Star Drive and what looks as if it could be the remains of their facility there. The Notice of Petition re eligibility to apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance in the Federal Register suggests that it closed at the end of 1998.
The entry reads:
35,320 (TA-W) Lucky Star Industries (Co) (Petitioners) Baldwyn, MS (Location) 11/24/1998 (Date of Petition) Levi Jeans (Product).

It would be nice if there was a warehouse full of 1960s #16s.

I have 1 x 502 (Big E), 1 x 501 Little e, 1 x 502 little e, and 1 x 502 button only from a 1969 big E pair, all with 16 on the button.

As aware that our navel is below our nipples.
My coat has nine buttons, but I always fascinate.

Hi !
very nice collection, according to BerBer jean Yutaka Fujihara #16 Lucky Star has the best fades and rarenes.
I personally got two pairs of Big E 501's from 16, just recently aquired the second pair which is in almost dead stock condition it was soaked or washed maybe twice 90% colour still remaining.
Trying to precisely determine their age I've contacted josh from loot farm ,webuyanyjeans and Yutaka Fujihara but no one responded which sucks little bit , but from my knowledge they both are definatelly between 70/73
