Great look! I like that the jacket has a hidden button placket. Makes it quite unique |

Cotton, although can be made in ventile or waxed fabric. Lots of color options available as well. One man operation / British fella manufacturing out of India at limited scale but easy to work with and delivery time not bad at around 4 weeks. |

Hawkwood definitely has some interesting parkas. How is the sizing and quality? Corona M-42 jacket RRL shirt Leon Denim P44 trousers John Lofgren boots I've jumped on the chainstitch bandwagon The RRL shirt is one of my favorites. Slubby plain weave I've had for many years now. |

Oh my, Mr. Black. Now I know why there's never a line up in the gents' room. I do like that newsboy and I must commend you on your courageous decision to place your fabric in a stranger's hands. Your leap of faith -- or, perhaps, your grand jete -- has turned out rather well. Kudos also to all the lovely jackets that preceded Mr. Black's post. |
