I'm thinking of buying a new pair of Levi's 501s 1966. The seller sent me some pictures and says it is a pair from Cone Mills. I suspect it's a fake or a pair made in Turkey, but I don't know and maybe it's a genuine pair.
What pictures should I ask him for to be sure that it is really Cone Mills and not a fake Levi's? The price plus shipping is very high and I need to be sure. |

I’m sure someone here eventually can tell you how to spot a fake- button numbers should be the same on the wash tag, certain tags should be present- something along those lines.

Are those numbers on the back of the buttons or where?

It’s on the backside of the top button. |
