This Kapital Kountry Denim Kakashi is pretty much only thing I wear around the house these days...

Too much Denim - too little time...

I love how even just one garment from Kapital can make an outfit incredibly unique

I got jealous from Mr R's new ring coat acquisition and purchased a new one too.

The vintage melton fabric has some amazing basket texture. I feel like it's closer in weight and hand to the twill than the katsuragi moleskin. It's also warmer than both despite feeling lighter.

Here is a photo comparing the vintage melton and twill. Unfortunately I sold off my black moleskin one some time ago, so just have these two to compare. The blue looks much darker in most lights.

Very nice, johan!

I wouldn’t mind seeing some closer ups of that nicely worn looking century denim...

Mr. Q- have there been multiple interactions of wool ring coats? I feel like I remember seeing images of some super heavy looking ones in a faded red and navy from a few years back?

Yes, there are heavy melton ones with metal snaps by the hood and lightweight vintage melton in basketweave with regular buttons.

The stores probably carry other iterations that are not sold online.

I've seen a khaki colored denim version and a waxed natural canvas version of the one with lapel stitching
