If hollows doesnt pipe up today I'll try to put together a guide tonight.
I'm reasonably familiar with how to post from imgur and flickr, so i think i can explain those methods adequately.

Does anyone use photobucket? If so, and you can make a synopsis of how to host and post from there, I'll add it to my info and make a sticky topic of it.

Thanks.
I haven't been able to use my photobucket account for some time, so can't be of any help in that department.

Launching the Labour Party manifesto today, in his speech Jeremy Corbyn quoted a Chilean poet, Pablo Neruda - a lovely line: “You can cut all the flowers but you cannot keep Spring from coming.”

I looked up Neruda on the strength of that line, and he's great -I came across this poem of his that I thought some of you might like.

Ode to Clothes

Every morning you wait,
clothes, over a chair,
to fill yourself with
my vanity, my love,
my hope, my body.
Barely
risen from sleep,
I relinquish the water,
enter your sleeves,
my legs look for
the hollows of your legs,
and so embraced
by your indefatigable faithfulness
I rise, to tread the grass,
enter poetry,
consider through the windows,
the things,
the men, the women,
the deeds and the fights
go on forming me,
go on making me face things
working my hands,
opening my eyes,
using my mouth,
and so,
clothes,
I too go forming you,
extending your elbows,
snapping your threads,
and so your life expands
in the image of my life.
In the wind
you billow and snap
as if you were my soul,
at bad times
you cling
to my bones,
vacant, for the night,
darkness, sleep
populate with their phantoms
your wings and mine.
I wonder
if one day
a bullet
from the enemy
will leave you stained with my blood
and then
you will die with me
or one day
not quite
so dramatic
but simple,
you will fall ill,
clothes,
with me,
grow old
with me, with my body
and joined
we will enter
the earth.
Because of this
each day
I greet you
with reverence and then
you embrace me and I forget you,
because we are one
and we will go on
facing the wind, in the night,
the streets or the fight,
a single body,
one day, one day, some day, still.

Would be much appreciated.

A great way to spend an afternoon in SF is to tool around North Beach.
Visit AB Fits on Grant Avenue. Walk up to Coit Tower and see the fantastic WPA murals and ride the rickety elevator up to the top, praying all the way.
Walk through Washington Square and admire sts. Peter & Paul.
Have lunch at l’Osteria del Forno, a locals favorite not in most tour guides, so not jammed up like the Disenyesque restaurants all around it.

There’s a few lesser-known clothing consigners you would like, I’ll pm you as I’m not going to blow up my spots.

Good call Mark. The weather should be nice too. I also love Mario's Bohemian Cigar store cafe in North Beach next to the park. You can get a beer and sausage sand on focaccia!

Up until yesterday, I’ve never heard of Friendsgiving, we had one day warning, when we found out we would be hosting 14 of my daughters friends. What evil genius thought this up? Anyone else know about this extended holiday?

Correction- a bogus number was given,
25 kids showed

I have been a part of a few Friendgivings.  They are a lot of fun.....  However, we had plenty of notice, no teenagers were present, and we did not host the events.

These were all freshman kids, we heard about the 25 person, group chat when the kids started arriving.
We had to use 2 yoga balls for seats, they had a blast- a very loud blast.
