I'd think that is pronounced as it's written, and I for one, don't write that.

lulz equals more than laughing out loud more akin to schadenfreude or 'I did for the lulz' as I did it for the shitz, giggles, and the joy of drinking someones tears as they threw their iMac out of the window along with their ill fitting fedora... ... or lolz is just plain 'ol plural of the el. oh. el. patiently awaiting that decking podcast...
