Images of America has the picture of the factory- illustrated, and the ad that says why at the top- is the ad giving away the factory illustration- 1896-97 IIRC is when the ad was running, I’m pretty sure we have all but one of those ads

Thanks for posting

Thanks for posting- we have at least 20 ads from this time period, we have them pictured in our second book.
I’ll post them later.

Years ago I took pictures of my friend original Levi giveaway, I forget, what year 1915?

This folds into a pair of jeans, I believe it was given away at a world's fair...

Fantastic illustrations on the Koverls ads, especially the ones on the boys and men. Something about that airy, breezy style of illustration from the 1910-20s, they really knew how to capture wide open spaces with large clouds floating in the sky on a lazy day. I had a book as a kid, that was illustrated in that time period, about going to the beach and it was similar.

The bottom left Levi’s ad in the last Puc is one of my faves; someone else on IG also posted an original.

I really enjoy both of those too- especially that full indigo outfit, I found a small catalog (missing the front cover)
Can’t find any date, but I’m thinking maybe late teens....some cool stuff, I’ll post it later.

Awesome, thank you! Jeans of the Old West was already on my wishlist, I’ll definitely get a copy now. I’ll look for the other one too! Thanks again!
