I read that the Soy based wax is environmentally friendly compared to the older oil based wax. Also, the soy waxed products can be washed a few times, before re-proofing is needed.

I'm not positive, but I think I recall seeing that one at the factory store when Alex had just gotten there, so it would have been in the pipe before he was on board. If he had a hand in killing off that whipcord vest with the black chrome buckle and grommets that looked like something that fell off the Kenneth Cole truck I'll give him kudos.
