LVCs display has a number of nice items from their new season- This artfully destroyed and repaired sweatshirt was really nice:

They also had some interestingly reconfigured '33s and a nicely washed triple-pleat- the interesting items from this collection were all washed/repaired, seems like. Nice job on all- none of the washes looked at all hoaky or artificial, and the repaired burgundy sweat, in particular, was really beautiful.
I was really happy to see that Paul O'Neill, head of design at LVC and M & C came in person. Paul (center, below) was great to talk to- very personable and approachable, and chatted with quite a few bros.

Throughout the night all of the conversations were punctuated by the rhythmic pounding of Hollows' belt work. It reminded everyone of something, but no one could put a finger on the exact reference until the next day, when someone opted that it sounded a lot like the pounding from the cage in Beyond Thunderdome.

The show ran smoothly and a lot of drinks were consumed.

I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone as much as I would have liked, but I was happy to meet a few new faces and see a few bros in real life at long last.
Thank you to everyone who came to the show- it was a great night!

Very nice photos, mr randal. Do you happen to have any more of the LVC booth or those 'intersting' 33s?

Dude, I didn't snap any other pictures at the booth, sorry.
The '33s were based on a pair in their archive that had been modified by their owner to be slimmer fitting- but in an unusual way, not the traditional logical way of just taking in the inseams or outseams. I'll keep an eye out for when an online retailer picks them up and post a link.

I'm not great with words but I really want to thank Mr Randal firstly for everything he has done putting these Denimbruins together, my joy from finally attending this year and meeting so many bros is shared by my regret of missing all the gatherings in the past. Mark you are kind man, thank you for being so nice to my lady and me and quickly putting at ease our fresh off the road and first time in the big city anxiety. Thanks to all involved.

Also, thanks to all the bros whom I met over the weekend, everyone was so dang nice, even after quickly realizing I had pretty much nothing to talk about other than my 10,000 mile road trip that ended the day before the first day of Denimbruin, some of you stuck around and made the best of it haha. It was just a foggy brain from being on the road and disconnected from the real world for a few months, I' getting better now. It's great leaving from just a short weekend gathering and feeling like you've made actual friends with people you only just met.

It's a late thank you but I needed to clear the fog that set in just days after Denimruin before I could put together enough words
