Nice score with that Honda 750 pullover, Bob!

If it's covered in rust or dust...I dig it!

i can help clarify a couple of these items. a friend of my late fathers has owned an army surplus store for 40 years. i have helped him quite a bit over the years (for free stuff) and learned quite a lot.** killerb---that jacket is a military issue MP jacket. on the spec tag the DLA # has two digits in the middle after DLA100. looks like 73 but the picture is not too clear. that indicates a 1973 contract date making it late Vietnam era. **Bob that aviators kit bag is not 60's even better it is World War 2 era. the AN6505-1 indicates a joint Army/Navy contract that they started doing for common usage items in an effort to standardize and save money. Eastman does a replica of it. http://www.eastmanleather.com/product_info.php?products_id=121 note the similarity of the ink markings.  btw your original puts their copy to shame. it looks like yours has crown zippers.

haha sooner or later Dr. i'm on a slow learning curve here. thing is if i started i would probably overdo it and people would get sick of seeing my pictures! plus i'm a real sorry photographer my camera is still on the same settings as when i bought it. i know how to turn it on, snap a pic and turn it off. if i can get off my lazy ass i'll see what i can do.
