The real question here is, Russell—can you make all my women's workwear clothing dreams come true?

Thanks for the nice write up!  And much thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts and opinions all the way through the design, material selection, and construction of these.  Much appreciated.  And it's really great to see the fit pics!

So, for those who have received your pair you should have found a small field repair pouch containing scraps of the original fabric and a bobbin of light blue thread.  If you haven't please get in touch.

The D-33 Guarantee - I'm offering my services in repairing any damage beyond what a small patch and some handstitching can cure.  I tried to hew close to a fit and material type that would have been used in the late 1930's.  Subsequently, with the all cotton stitching and lighter weight denim I'm positive that at least a one of y'all will have some sort busted seam, tear or blowout before the end of the year.  Just shoot me an email and I'll do what I can to make it right.

Thanks Again,

Russell

My specialty is in fact making any workwear clothing dream a reality!  Or something like that.  Actually, I just met a woman here in town that makes custom women's wear.  If I can't do it then she can.  Or maybe both of us can together.  It's possible.

what is he doing here?

That's my off-the-arm felling machine.  I hand felled all of the inseam and seat seam using my 1920's single-needle, and used that machine to topstitch the outseam.

That particular photo is staged, I had already finished stitching the seam.

I thought that pic looked weird.  Wow, hand felling all that is impressive!  Do you not have a folder for the 231 or did you do it by hand just to do that?   Which 231 is that by the way?

I will be in touch. I'm financially a bit strapped right now, but in a few months, it's on!
