Where do you follow to keep up with that kind of info dude?

Meanwhile, first time wearing mine with a pair of denim, I can dig it.

I heard it from Brass themselves. In addition to my current pair of Clinch engineers, I have another on order from them and have emailed them a few times asking when they would have horsebutt of some type as an option. They just recently emailed me saying that they now have it as an option.I'm in the process of ordering a pair in brown now.

Also, I follow them on instagram and they've just posted 1 or 2 pictures of the new horsebutt leather.

Those look great on you btw. I think I have essentially the same pair and they're what made me fall in love with Brass/Clinch in the first place.

Thanks guys.

Slab - they're Joe McCoy 991XH.

Dude, could you link to their instagram? Also how do you order via email? Do they speak English or do you know Japanese? I'd better hold off for a bit but definitely next year...

There's the instagram.

I simply email in English and Google translate indeed solves all problems.

They sometimes take a few weeks to answer your questions, but they always answer eventually. My first order was pretty smooth and I was surprised how many options they had.

I bought a pair of Clinch Engineer Boots, WR Last Black Overdye from Pancho & Lefty recently.
I bought them in Size Clinch 11 but they are way to tight for me. Cry
Only used them 3-4 times and now Im hoping to sell them off. They retail for about 1300 US $, I would be ok with 875 $.
Let me know if anyone is intrested and I'll post some pics.

/Robert

Oh Robby, I can't stand it when the only way to get your feet into engineer boots is by sticking them in plastic bags. I hate it when it feels like your feet are being strangled. You know you can get them professionally stretched by a cobbler? I am also pretty sure Smoothsailor has stretched out a pair of engineer boots at home before (Paul?)

I know!
I tried to stretch them out but it seems it didnt help I'm afraid. Pinch
They are to narrow for my I guess.

I love the boots, propably the finest pair of boots I've ever seen but they're killing my feet!

yeah I did try to stretch my brass boots. If the length is right, I'm sure it must be possible. I put on multiple pairs of socks and worked my foot in there with a plastic bag. Stumbled to the hairdresser. Even in the chair my feet hurt. Stumbled back home, glad I could take them off. Pretty crazy the things you do with expensive footwear
