Wow two thumbs up.  This is very interesting.  Thank you Nonriveted and Happy.  I wonder if any of these presses are still around/in use today?  I too would love to see how the grooved pattern plates work.

I did some discharge printing in school but we silk screened the chemical on to the fabric then put it into a big heating press to activate it.  Similar to the video showing Mister Freedom ironing the image of the head.

If you're talking about the youtube clip I posted, I'm not sure. There were probably a few made for the store. Our fellow denimbros in the LA area may be able to fill us in on the store exclusives. The bandana I posted recently in the MF thread was a Rugged Museum exclusive from years ago

I have been getting into vintage bandannas recently so I have been tracking any ebay offerings.

This is the most expensive one I have come across.

Vintage Carhartt Bandana, Red.  Current bid $255 ........ Cool!

Edit, bid now up to $349!

Hello, anybody know the story behind RRL and elephant brand apparent collab?  I noticed all my RRL bandanas are co-branded with the elephant brand..  Love the site BTW!
