Is that all single needle?  Looks like the waistline and the beltloops are.  Is the entire construction single needle?   Looks lovely.  What machine are they sewn on?

The denim is sourced from Cone Mills as well as Japanese Mills (Kurabo. Kaihora, etc.) The majority of the jeans being produced for customers at the moment are a Japan Blue or a Left Hand Twill (Kurabo). The weights vary from denim to denim.
