I took the henley home and it's great, I'll get some photos up soon.

Good seeing you Nick, thanks for picking up a Battle Mountain Henley.

Agreed, more photos would be great. Any chance of pre order on the new run of the LVRR jackets that are in the works?

First dry day I've had in what feels like ages. Here's the Battle Mountain Henley in action.

I've worn this almost every day since picking it up, it's great.  It's considerably heavier than I expected from photos, it's almost a light sweatshirt, particularly with the double-layered chest panel. It's great by itself or under a heavier overshirt/CPO.
I make things out of leather.

Lovely hollows,
The large brass buttons look a bit too ceremonial for my tastes (they'll look better when tarnished) but that's got to be the nicest henley ive ever seen.

I've been working on aging/tarnishing the snaps on the White Duck Hunting Coat.
Thus far, my attempt with exposing the snaps to ammonia in a sealed container has not yielded fruitful results.
Will happily post photos once and if I find a method that proves successful.

Thanks for the notices Andrew. I've let my friend know. He is an engineer and he operates a train on part of the old Lehigh Valley line. He's very interested in picking up that jacket!

I'll try a few dulling experiments too and let you know my results, im going to give saltwater a try first. They are brass arn't they? im assuming without a lacquer.
