Oh yeah, Denimbruin was badass!  Hopefully it won't take a year for me to get the stereo addendums printed up.

Also your gross abuse of my grammatical sensitivity has been registered and will be remembered next year when I come back at 4am from a friend's birthday party and you're peacefully asleep after a long day of Denimbruining and I glance at those long flowing locks and for a moment think about what a fun joke it would be for you to wake up without them.

Thanks Joseph! I wish I was a Mad Fabric Scientist!! Tongue

That Pseudo has been haunting me but I suppose I am stuck with it now. I started a blog called Denim etc.  in 2011 and thought that it would be clever to use the same name here and on IG, Tumblr, Twitter and so on.

WONDERFULL POSTS FROM DENIM BRUIN EVERYONE! Thank you very much indeed!

Too much Denim - too little time...

This year was a little different- Nonriveted contracted a serious hand infection and landed up in the hospital a week before denimbruin.....I ended up going solo this year- the pictures you see are updates sent back to the better half- Im really going to try and take more pictures for denimbruin 5

I drove through some hard rain- going over the grapevine

What a relief it was driving into jacket weather after comming up through the hot ass central valley.
This is why this event can never be held in Los Angeles- Who's going to wear a jacket in the middle of summer.

I arrived Thursday night and we headed over to have fried chicken quesadillas (sorry no pic of the quesadillas)

Movie night- Nice night for a walk- wash day nothing clean-right.....Your denim-give them to me-NOW

Mid day Friday- Mr Randal and i picked up the booze for the event.

Heading over to set up for the first night.

Some things on display.

The second-maybe the third annual breakfast with Hollows on a Saturday morning.

Saturday afternoon- things went a little south in the update department.....I made my way down to AB fits via the underground subway- then walked about a mile and a half to AB fits, I checked in and made my way over to a friends house to have lunch with his family and check out the corrected Lev triple pleat thats coming out next year.....I dont drink much- but when there's whiskey and prosecco and your the bar tender for the first hour at AB fits......this is when things went south- here is the last picture i sent home on Saturday

This is a pic i took walking over to AB fits on Saturday afternoon

Since no pictures were taken by me on Saturday night- Here are a few pics of the jacket repro that White Feather made for Saturday night.....Its a reproduction of a 1875-76 S.R Krouse jacket/blouse.....Fardin did an excellent job and im really pleased how it came out.

Sunday I was a little checked out- I was dreading the 8 hour drive home
But i managed to get a nice shine on the boots for the ride home.

Till next year
